Sihi Cymbals Terms

General

Endcore Oy (Business ID: FI33454658), located at Aurinkopolku 2, 10600 Tammisaari, Finland, sells products to individuals and businesses within the European Union. These Terms of Delivery apply to all orders placed through our online store. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, so please review them before each purchase.

Products and pricing

Product details and prices are listed on each product page. Prices include Value-Added Tax (VAT), which is displayed in your shopping cart and order confirmation. We may adjust product prices and delivery fees, so always check your cart before finalizing your order.

Delivery charges

Delivery fees depend on the product’s weight, packaging, and your selected shipping method. For orders under €300, a €9.90 delivery fee applies within the EU. Orders over €300 qualify for free shipping. Delivery charges are automatically calculated and shown in your cart before checkout.

Ordering and contract

To place an order:

  • Add desired products to your cart.
  • Proceed to checkout.
  • Choose your payment method.
  • Confirm and pay for your order.

    By completing your order, you agree to these Terms of Delivery. Once we confirm your order, it becomes a binding contract, subject to the cancellation rights outlined below.

    We accept various payment methods as listed during checkout. Choose the option that best suits you.

    Order Confirmation

    After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase and selected payment method. Ensure your email address is correct. If we cannot fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll notify you promptly.

    Shipping and Delivery

    We ship orders using the delivery method you select at checkout. Typical delivery times within the EU are approximately 10 working days, depending on the specific order and shipping method. Specific delivery times are provided on product pages.

    Right to Cancel and Return

    If you’re a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Protection Act:

    • Notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order (or the final part of it).
    • For recurring deliveries, notify us within 14 days of receiving the first shipment.

    To cancel:

    • Use our cancellation form.
    • Email us at info@sihicymbals.com
    • Send a written notice with your returned goods.

    Please return the items unused, in their original packaging and securely packaged for shipping.

    Return the goods within 14 days of your cancellation notice to the address provided below. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Include your name, contact information, and bank account details to facilitate a refund. We’ll process your refund promptly in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

    Inspecting Your Delivery

    Please check your package immediately upon arrival. If it’s damaged during shipping, file a claim with the delivery company. If the item is defective or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue. With regard to defects in products ordered by consumers, we adhere to the mandatory provisions of consumer protection legislation.

    Limitation of Liability

    Endcore Oy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages related to or arising from the order, delivery or product, except to the extent as otherwise stipulated by the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act or the mandatory provisions of other applicable legislation.

    Dispute Resolution

    If there are any disputes regarding your order, we wish to resolve them primarily with you. Please contact our customer service team in such matters so we can try to resolve the issue. If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution. Before submitting the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Service at the Local Register Office.

    Payment Processing

    All online payments are securely processed via Paytrail Plc (FI2122839-7). Paytrail will appear as the recipient on your bank statement and acts as our authorized payment service provider. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
