Endcore oy’s e-commerce customer register

Purpose for processing personal data

Personal data is processed for the purposes of maintaining customer relationships with
the customers of our online store, communicating with our customers and (direct) marketing
of our products. The customer has the right to prohibit the use of their personal data for direct
marketing purposes.

Content of the register

The following data may be recorded in the register: the name of the customer, customer
number, contact information, sex, web address, language, data regarding consent and
prohibition of marketing, data regarding the customer’s purchases and deliveries,
discounts, username and passwords.

Regular data sources

From the customer: orders in the online store, return or other forms, by phone, email or other
such manners.

Regular disclosures of data

The data is not disclosed to third parties on a regular basis but may be disclosed in
connection with the (technical) management of the online store (e.g., the management of the
server or online store platform), in order to deliver the products from the web store, collecting
unpaid bills or to the authorities if required and to the extent as permitted by the law.

Transfer of data outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area

The data is not transferred outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Storing and destroying of the data

The data on the file is kept for the duration of the customer relationship. However, data
regarding orders, invoicing and payment is retained in the same manner as for bookkeeping
material. Unnecessary data is destroyed safely.

Cookies

We may use cookies that are stored on the user’s computer for the purposes of monitoring user
traffic and improving our service. The duration of cookies is limited, and they do not harm the
user’s computer.

Principles of protecting the register

The data file is confidential and adequately protected against use by outside parties
(firewalls and other technical measures). The data file can be accessed only by persons
whose tasks require the processing of personal data in the file and who are subject to
adequate confidentiality obligations. Use of the data file is protected by personal user names
and passwords. The data file is stored only electronically, and occasional hard copies are
promptly destroyed.

Right of verification

In accordance with the Personal Data Act, everyone has the right to verify the data
concerning them stored in the file. Verification requests must be sent in a signed document (or
relevant affirmation in the document) or may be presented in person at our office. The request
must be sent to the contact person named above. The contact person will answer any further
questions regarding the right of verification.

Updating and other rights regarding the processing of personal data

Customers may update their name and contact information in their profile in the online store.
In addition, customers may contact the contact person name above to update their
personal data. The customer is entitled to prohibit the processing of their personal data for the purposes
of marketing. Such requests must be emailed to the contact person named above.
