We sell products to adult individuals and businesses across the European Union. This warranty policy applies to all orders and deliveries from our online store. We may update these terms at any time, so please review them before placing an order.

What the Warranty Covers

All Sihi Cymbals are backed by a two-year worldwide warranty that protects against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of purchase.

If you suspect a manufacturing defect, please:

• Contact us with clear photos of the damaged cymbal for an initial assessment.

An authorized Sihi Cymbals representative will examine the cymbal to determine the nature and likely cause of the damage.

What the Warranty does Not Cover

The warranty claim may be declined if:

• The cymbal shows signs of abuse or excessive force, including:
  • Multiple or severe cracks
  • Edge cracks
  • Cracks around the bell of the cymbal
• The cymbal was dropped or damaged during transport (shipping issues are not covered).
• The cymbal has been mechanically altered by someone other than an authorized Sihi Cymbals technician.
• The cymbal was bought second-hand.

⚠️ Important: If you notice any damage, stop playing the cymbal immediately. Continued use may worsen the damage and affect our ability to assess it properly.

To help us identify the reason for a potential breakage, whenever you notice damage in your cymbal, stop playing it immediately.

In most cases, it will be necessary to send the cymbal back to Sihi Cymbals for further investigation.
