Kaaos splash

The Kaaos Splash series is designed for drummers who want a splash cymbal that punches, sparkles, and responds in an instant. These cymbals are bright sounding and open easily, giving you instant washes of tone without lingering overtones or muddiness.

Available in sizes 6″, 8″, 10″, and 12″, they are crafted in a thin weight to maximize responsiveness and speed. The brilliant finish enhances their shimmer and ensures they cut through mix textures with presence.

Tonally, the Kaaos Splash falls in the mid-high to mid pitch range, with a very short to quite short sustain, and medium volume. This means you get that sharp burst of crash tone when you hit it, but it doesn’t linger too long — ideal for fills, accents, fast patterns, or stack combinations.

The KAAOS series, whose name means “chaos” in Finnish, is built for situations where your cymbals need to stand out over guitars and heavy instrumentation. The splash is no exception — its brightness ensures it remains audible even in dense mixes. The splash can be played subtly or pushed hard: it opens up easily but still holds definition under heat.
