Sihi Cymbals worldwide warranty policy covers all defects in material and workmanship in all our cymbals for two (2) years from the date of purchase. In the event of a possible manufacturing or material defect, please contact us and include:

Pictures of the damaged cymbal for inspection for the first assessment.

The cymbal will be inspected by an authorised representative of Sihi Cymbals to determine the nature and likely cause of the damages. Claims may be rejected on the following bases:

The warranty does not cover damage showing clear signs of excessive force and abuse, including but not limited to severe and/or multiple cracks, edge cracks and cracks around the bell of the cymbal.

Cymbals that have been dropped or damaged in transit will not be replaced under the warranty.

Any mechanical alterations to a cymbal performed by anyone other than an authorised representative of Sihi Cymbals will void your warranty, and the cymbal will not be replaced.

To help us identify the reason for a potential breakage, whenever you notice damage in your cymbal, stop playing it immediately. Please note that cymbals purchased second hand will not be replaced under warranty.

In most cases, it will be necessary to send the cymbal back to Sihi Cymbals for further investigation.
